What to expect when you reach out

How Our Network Works for You

Who Do You Talk To?

When you reach out, you are connected with an independent local provider from our network. That provider is a separate business. They run their own schedule, set their own prices and do their own work.

Pinktube Mold Help simply makes the introduction. We do not send staff to your home.

What Happens on the First Call?

Expect a few friendly questions. The provider will likely ask where you see the problem, how long you have noticed it, and what type of home you have. They may ask about past leaks, old repairs or plumbing age.

This is where your photos and notes shine. Have them handy. A clear picture helps the provider decide whether an inspection, testing or a full cleanup makes sense.

Availability varies by provider. Request a callback to check who can help in your area.

What Should You Ask a Provider?

Good questions make good estimates. Try these:

  • Do you offer mold inspection and certified mold testing, or only cleanup?
  • How will you find the moisture source?
  • What does the plan include, step by step?
  • Will I get a written quote before any work starts?
  • How do you contain the area so spores do not spread?
  • What will you hand me afterward, such as a report or photos?
  • Can you help document the damage if I file an insurance claim?

If your house is older, add one more. Ask how they handle aging pipes, plaster, or past patch jobs behind walls.

You Are in Control

Talking to a provider does not lock you in. You can ask for more than one estimate. You can take a day to think. You can ask the provider to explain anything twice.

Costs depend on the size of the area, the materials involved and how hard the space is to reach. Be wary of any price given without a look at the home. Always ask for the quote in writing.

Ready to Talk to a Provider?

Pull together your photos, your notes and any repair records. Then start the conversation. You do not need to know the right words. A good provider will walk you through it.
