Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you may use pinktube.garden and the referral service Pinktube Mold Help offers through it. When you browse the site, phone the number on it or send in a form, you agree to these terms. This is a general template and is not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Pinktube Mold Help is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent mold inspection, testing and remediation providers. We do not carry out inspections, sampling, testing, removal, cleaning or repairs. We are also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Businesses

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their estimates, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, test results, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promise about when a provider is available, how fast they respond, or what their work or results will be.

Before you hire anyone, we encourage you to check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and any license your state requires, and get a written estimate.

General Information, Not Advice

The content on this site is general information. It is not medical, health, professional, legal, insurance or financial advice. If you have health worries, talk to a doctor. Any cost ranges shown are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and with your insurer.

Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@pinktube.garden.
